I am so glad I worked with Angelina! She guided me through the sales process, explaining (several times) her approach to setting the list price. I wasn't absolutely sure that setting the price low was the way to go, but I decided to trust her obvious experience and success in the real estate field, along with her clear concern that this sale would go well for me. Trusting Angie most definitely paid off with a final bid that was nearly $50,000 over the list price, more than I ever expected!
