Who are the Millers?
Meet the newlyweds, Hannah and Kevin, who were married on August 15th! Kevin grew up in Johnstown, OH and Hannah grew up in Powell, OH. Kevin works in trucking logistics, and Hannah is in HR for a FinTech company. They both love going out to eat! Hannah loves taking pictures of her food and Kevin loves taking pictures of her taking pictures of food . . . he even started an Instagram page for it! Follow them @life_with_a_foodie to see how incredibly perfect they are together! They both are looking forward to starting a family in their new home and we love that our team helped them find a home to begin their life together as a married couple.
What were you looking for in a real estate team?
We were looking for someone that we can trust, so we leaned heavily on friends and family for a recommendation. Angie and Juliet both came highly recommended.
What were you looking for in a home?
We wanted a home with good schools, and a friendly neighborhood. Somewhere we could raise kids and they would feel safe riding their bikes through the neighborhood with friends.
How did you know you wanted to make this house your new home?
THE KITCHEN! Ok, it was mostly the backyard that sold us, but the kitchen is great! lol.
What advice do you have for someone that is thinking of potentially buying a home?
Find a good realtor and they can help hold your hand for the rest of the process. We would have been lost without Juliet, but she made the entire experience so easy from start to finish!
What stood out to you throughout the buying process?
How crazy the Columbus housing market is. We knew if we saw something we loved we needed to jump at it. Thankfully Juliet helped us put in a very strong offer and we got the house we fell in love with! We didn't need to settle.
What are you looking most forward to about your new home?
Having friends and family over on our new deck to enjoy our wonderful backyard!
